An adrenal lipoma is an extremely rare macroscopic fat containing-containing adrenal lesion. with, with only a handful of cases described in the literature 1.

Pathology

Like other lipomas elsehwreelsewhere in the body, they are benign tumours of mesenchymal origin that contain mature fatty tissue and are surrounded by a fibrous capsule.

Radiographic features

CT/MRI

Appears as a well-circumscribed, homogeneous, fatty lesion with minimal or no soft-tissue attenuation / signal within the lesion.
