The anterior compartment of the arm is one of the two compartments of the arm.

A sheath of deep fascia surrounds the arm,the brachial fascia. Two intermuscular septae (medial and lateral) extend fromit to attach to the humerus at the medal condylar ridge and lateralsupracondylar ridge, respectively. These septae divide the arm into itsanterior and posterior compartments.

Muscles

Three flexors:

Blood supply

Nerve supply

Primarily by the musculocutaneous nerve (C5,6), although the radial nerve(C7) does supply a small lateral part of brachialis.
