Body was changed:

The inferior ulnar collateral artery is a vessel arising from the brachial artery at the distal-most part of the arm.

Summary

Gross anatomy

Origin

The inferior ulnar collateral artery arises medially from the brachial artery superior to the medial epicondyle. Before passing anterior to the medial epicondyle, it provides a brachbranch to the superior ulnar recurrent artery1

Termination

The inferior ulnar collateral artery anastamoses with the anterior ulnar recurrent artery anterior to the medial epicondyle1.

Supply

The inferior ulnar collateral consititutesconstitutes part of the supply to the brachialis, biceps brachii, and coracobrachialis muscles. It also provides a branch to the superior ulnar collateral artery which partly supplies the elbow joint1.
