Differential diagnosis
For a cystic adnaxal lesion consider:
- adnexal cyst: especially if there is no solid component
- true ovarian cystadenoma(s)
- abdominopelvic cystic lymphangioma: younger patients
- multicystic mesothelioma in the pelvis: extremly rare
