Rosenbach’s sign is a clinical sign that is seen in severe aortic/tricuspid valve regurgitation. It is interpreted as the pulsation of the liver, during systole, and it is primarily elicited by the increased cardiac output volume, secondary to backward flow of blood 1-3.
