There are a number of splenic lesions and anomalies:

Gamuts
Congenital anomalies
Mass lesions
Benign mass lesions
Indeterminate mass lesions
Malignant mass lesions
Diffuse infiltrative processes

These usually manifest as splenomegaly. Some can present as distinct lesions (e.g. granulomas).
