Altered signal in the medial end of left clavicle and left side of sternum adjacent to left sternoclavicular joint. Granulation/abscess formation in the soft tissue adjacent to left sternoclavicular joint and medial aspect of left clavicle. Multiple subcentimeter to 1.5 cm size lymphnode in the left supra and infra-clavicular region along the subclavian vessels, left axilla.
