Gallbladder carcinoma with cholelithiasis

There are multiple conglomerate focal liver lesions mainly involving segment IV. Gallbladder shows distension with abnormally thickened walls and multiple gallstones. Kidneys, spleen, pancreas and adrenal glands within normal limits
