Presentation

Incidental finding.

Patient Data

Age: 54 years
Gender: Male
ct

There are bilateral soft tissue masses with ill-defined borders seen at the infrascapular region, bulkier on the right side, with attenuation similar to adjacent muscle. The overlying muscles are displaced but not invaded.

Case Discussion

Elastofibroma dorsi is usually an incidental finding, and about two thirds of cases are bilateral.
