Heart and mediastinum are unremarkable with no traumatic aortic injury identified.
Partial anomalous venous return of the left upper lobe into the left brachiocephalic vein.
Acute mildly displaced right 12th rib fracture. Subacute/healing left 10th rib fracture. Splenic laceration with small volume of perisplenic free fluid.
Case Discussion
The partial anomalous pulmonary venous return was an incidental finding in a CT performed for major trauma.
