Focal bulge in the interpolar region of the left kidney which has same features as of renal cortex in every aspect.
Case Discussion
Dromedary humps are normal variants of the renal contour and are caused by the splenic impression onto the superolateral aspect of the left kidney. Care should be taken as it can be mistaken for a renal mass.
