In the reference image, significant dilatation of the ascending and transverse colons is noted.
In the lateral and AP contrast enhanced images, sigmoid and descending colons are opacified with contrast, showing narrow caliber with significant dilatation of transverse and ascending colons.
Case Discussion
The imaging findings are suggestive of long segment Hirschsprung's disease. For definitive diagnosis, biopsy is performed.
