Presentation

Cough and breath shortness.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

Subpleural fibrotic changes are seen as reticular opacities and honeycombing, more prominent at lower lobes. A dilated patulous esophagus is present with contrast media within.

Features are consistent with scleroderma with UIP type pulmonary fibrosis.
