Gastric malignancy. Distended abdomen.

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male

Gastroduodenal stent traversing the gastro-duodenal junction with the distal end in D2.

Distended veiled appearance of the abdomen best appreciated in the left mid abdomen in keeping with ascites.
