Diagnosis probable

Presentation

Gross hematuria and weight loss.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male
ct

Right renal focal rounded cortical mass measuring about  3 x 3 cm, becomes strongly enhancing in the arterial phase and with washout of contrast in the delayed phase

No significant lymphadenopathy or renal vein/IVC thrombosis

Two large hypervascular liver masses with necrotic centers that show early arterial enhancement with washout on delayed post-contrast images.

Few hypodense renal cortical cysts on both sides.

Degenerative changes as endplate sclerosis and osteophytes are seen at the thoracolumbar spine.

Case Discussion

Regarding the imaging findings, renal cell carcinoma with liver metastasis is the probable diagnosis.
