Supraspinatus tear

USG revealed a full-thickness tear involving the entire width of the supraspinatus tendon and fluid in the biceps tendon sheath. Tendon retraction was about 3 cm.
The asymptomatic or less symptomatic right shoulder was screened for comparison which showed a full-thickness tear of the supraspinatus tendon.
Case Discussion
Features correspond to a complete tear of the left supraspinatus.
She was operated for the left cuff.
