Left femoral hernia containing fat with stranding. No fat stranding around the hernia.
Case Discussion
For the past day, had vaginal-bilateral lower abdominal pain radiating to the anus and low back, exacerbated on urination. No dysuria.
CT abdomen revealed an incarcerated left femoral hernia containing fat. The rest of the scan was unremarkable.
She returned for an elective mesh hernioplasty.
