Presentation

Old tibial fracture, presented with pain.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Sclerosis and minimal expansion of the proximal tibial epiphysis, metaphysis and diaphysis, associated with cortical irregularity and thickening. Loss of normal trabeculation.

Tibial screw is noted.
