Multiple areas of abnormal signal intensity displaying bright signal in T2 and FLAIR seen at right caudate and lentiform nucleus, both thalami, periacqueductal white matter, right crus cerebri, pons and both middle cerebellar peduncles and adjacent cerebellum as well as medulla oblongata and proximal cervical cord.
