Adrenal carcinoma of the adrenal cortex - pathology proven.

Large heterogeneously enhancing right adrenal mass, with central areas of necrosis.  The fat plane between the IVC and mass is lost, with heterogenous density seen in portions of the IVC - suspicious for IVC invasion.
