Findings was changed:

A 95×65×55mm×55 mm well-defined oval shaped lesion with mean density of 60HU60 HU and focal rim enhancement , is noted at right adrenal gland, which causingcauses downward shiftingshift of right kidney. Peri lesionalPerilesional, right perinephric & peri colic, and pericolic fat stranding and free fluid are seen. The left adrenal gland is enlarged.The left kidney is smaller than normal and there is a 50mm50 mm simple cortical cyst at superoposterior aspect of left kidney.
