Previous dental clearance. Left sided expansile multiloculated mass in the body of the mandible extending into the ramus and the mandibular process.

The large mass demonstrated on the plain film is more clearly delineated on the CT scan. There is mandibular expansion with a large extra-osseous soft-tissue mass. There are abnormal nodes in the ipsilateral anterior cervical chain.
Case Discussion
Features here are of an aggressive bone tumor centered on the mandible. Biopsy confirmed ameloblastoma and the patient went on to have a complete resection.
