The dorso-lumbarthoracolumbar spine shows symmetrical bilateral sacro-ilitissacroilitis, ossified anterior longitudinal, intra spinalintraspinal ligaments, barding flowing syndemsophytes and apophyseal arthropathyenthesopathy. Also, bilateral hip joint involvement, seen as bilateral symmetrical joint narrowing and subartiacular pseudocystic changes.
