The lesion at biopsy was almost not palpable with the biopsy needle. With IDC this size and smaller you, there is often have a a sensation of "hardness" when prodding and nearing the lesion to biopsy. This lesion was soft. B cell-cell lymphoma of the breast was demonstrated.
