  • Fragmentation of medial tibial epiphysis on both sides.
  • Irregular medial physeal line on on both sides.
  • Beaking of proximal medial tibial metaphysis on on both sides.
  • Bone bridge across the medial physis on the left side.
  • Metaphyseal-diaphyseal angle (MDA) >11° on both sides (22° on right and 45° on left).
  • Tibiofemoral angle (TFA) >15°  on both sides; tibia vara (37° on right and 39° on left).
