Findings
was changed:
Geographic medullary areas of serpiginous borders are seen implicating the metaphyses of the distal femur, proximal tibia and patella of the left knee elicitingT1 serpiginous peripheral low signal andcentral marrow signal. Double-line sign seen on T2WI.
Osteoarthritis and joint effusion are noted as well.
