Low signal intratendinous lesion measuring about 5 x 10 mm along with supraspinatous tendon mid to anterior fibers due to calcified tendinitis.

Calcific tendinitis of the rotator cuff is a self-limiting pathology affecting the rotator cuff muscles, most commonly the supraspinatus tendon.
