Transthoracic needle biopsy revealed lung adenocarcinoma type of bronchogenic carcinoma. The tumortumour size was 3 cm in the greatest dimension and hence staged as T1b. The hepatic focal lesions are proved later to be hemangiomashaemangiomas.
