Title was changed:
Choriocarcinoma cerebralCerebral metastasis - choriocarcinoma
Age was set to Middle-age.
Presentation was changed:
Middle aged woman with headachesHeadaches.
Body was changed:

CT with contrast demonstratesThe patient went on to have a frontal lobe mass which is hyperdenseresection. Without comparing to pre-contrast study it is difficult to assess for density (in this case the mass was hyperdense - not shown)

Histology

Sections of all three specimens show predominantly recent hemorrhage, associated with focal metastatic carcinoma, consistent with metastatic choriocarcinoma. Immunohistochemical studies show that the neoplastic cells are immunopositive for HCG and are immunonegative for alpha fetoprotein-fetoprotein.

Note: Unfortunately, this is an older case and I have no further information or imaging.
