Findings was changed:

Diffuse bilateral basal ganglia hypodensity with loss of grey-white matter differentiation. Small hemorrhagic foci in the head of the right caudate nucleus. Periventricular white matter edema around the occipital horn of left lateral ventricle.

Hyperdense straight venous sinus, vein of Galen and both internal cerebral veins which on non-contrast CT represents acute thrombosis.
