Presentation

Right sided hearing loss.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female

Complete opacification of the entire right external auditory canal and middle ear cavity with soft tissue density with associated bony external auditory canal and ossicular chain erosions.

Posteriorly, it extends to aditus ad antrum. Medially, it erodes the medial wall of middle tympanic cavity, horizontal turn of semicircular canal, the facial canal, round and oval windows. Superiorly, it erodes tegment tympani. Inferiorly, it eordes the posterior part of temporomandibular joint glenoid.
