Presentation was changed:
TheThis young man was delivered to the emergency room to exclude skull fracture of the skull and intracranial hematomahaematoma. Complaints about the feeling of nasal congestion. The unexpressed sidedClinical examination demonstrated exophthalmos and edemaoedema of the right eye.

Findings was changed:

All parts of the paranasal sinuses are totally filled with non-uniform mass hyperdensive inclusions, which also extendsextending into the cavity of the nasopharynx. Bone wall thinned,The bone is thin walled with destruction of the posterior wall of the left frontal sinus, lamynaright lamna papyracea right, of the posterior  andand lateral walls of the  sphenoid sinus. TheAbnormal soft-tissue distributed indensity within the right orbital cavity of the orbity. PossibilePossible formation of  epidural abscess in the frontal lobe. In the area of the right lacrimal gland fossa  localized, there is a localized liquid mass, pushing  mm. rectus superior oculi.
