Severe pelvic pain and inability to sitting.

The lateral view reveals a transverse radiolucency with posterior displacement of the coccygeal segment suggestive of a fracture.

Case Discussion

Coccyx fracture is rarely diagnosed on pelvic x-rays and the treatment of coccyx fracture is usually conservative.
