A minimal lumbar scoliosis curvature to the right side is seen at the anterior-posterior view.
No clear fracture is seen.
Incidentally: complete vertebral bodies fusion of the L3 and L4 vertebrae (block vertebra).
The disc space of the L5-S1 is mildly decreased posteriorly.
