Minimal lumbar scoliosis curvature to the right side is seen aton the anterior-posterior view.

No clear fracture is seen.

Incidentally, there is complete fusion of the vertebral bodies of the L3 and L4 vertebrae (block(block vertebra).

The disc space of the L5-S1 is mildly decreased posteriorly.
