The examination shows multiple hiperintense lesion T2/FLAIR hyperintense cortical-subcortical, lesions in the basal ganglia and supra e infratentorial bihemispheric- and infra-tentorial white matter bilaterally. In their majorityMostly, they presenthave diffusion restriction to the diffusion, with discrete linear enhacement of the contrast,contrast enhancement, and without significant mass effect. It is accompanied by difusediffuse pachymeningeal thickening and enhancement.
