Cystic hygroma - chest wall

Presentation

Soft, painless mass in right axilla and chest wall since birth, gradually increasing in size.

Patient Data

Age: 1 year
Gender: Male
mri

There is a well defined, lobulated, multicenteric septated lesion in right axilla, extend down to chest wall. It appears homogenously hyperintense T2W, shows no enhancement, not restricted diffusion.
