Diagnosis almost certain

Presentation

History of fall a few days ago. Now the patient has bulged anterior fontanelle and left-sided hemiplegia.

Patient Data

Age: 1 year
Gender: Female

Intraparenchymal hematoma centered on the brain stem.

There are multi-focal tiny hemorrhage foci in bilateral cerebral gray-white matter junctions as well as in the right side of the splenium of the corpus callosum.
