Updates to Case Attributes

Body was changed:

CT scan of the neck of a young adult demonstrates the absence of thyroid in the normal anatomical location (no history of surgery).

Located to the right of the midline, at the level of the hyoid bone is a rounded enhancing rounded mass, consistent with ectopic thyroid tissue.

This was subsequently confirmed with a thyroid scan.
