Ectopic tooth - infratemporal fossa

A dentiform structure located in the left infratemporal fossa, lying posterolateral to the maxillary sinus with no surrounding soft tissue thickening or abscess formation. The adjacent wall of the maxillary is intact with normal pneumatization of the paranasal sinuses.
