Findings was changed:

Right longitudinal fracture of the occipital bone, no misalignment of the bone plates. In both faces of fractured bone there is an acute hematoma, an epidural and a subgaleal one. It is also noted subarachnoid hemorrhage extending through the tentorium and inover the left frontal left lobepole (contrecoup injury).
