Huge ulcerating/fungating left breast masses.
Multiple centrally necrotic masses involving the left lateral chest wall.
Multiple enlarged necrotic lymph nodes in the right and markedly in the left axillary region with surrounding fat stranding.
Multiple necrotic left supraclavicular and mediastinal lymph nodes.
Bilateral multiple variable-sized lung metastases.
