Galeazzi fracture-dislocation
Updates to Case Attributes
The Galeazzi fracture-dislocation pattern involves fractures of the junction of the distal third and middle third of the radius with associated subluxation or dislocation of the distal radioulnar joint (DRUJ).

Updates to Study Attributes
PA oblique and Laterallateral radiographs of the wrist and proximal forearm demonstrate a fracture at the mid to distal thirds of the radial shaft with overriding of the fragments.
There is a widening of the distal radio-ulnar joint with dorsal displacement of the ulna on the lateral view consistent with distal radioulnar dissociation. This pattern of fracture and dislocation is known as Galeazzi fracture-dislocation.
