Vertigo and tinnitus

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female
mri

There is an irregular mass located at the left jugular foramen with intermediate signal intensity on T1-WI and high signal intensity on T2-WI that, following administration of contrast, shows vivid contrast enhancement.
