The lesion measures up to an approximate 97 ml in volume, is avascularnot hypervascular on color Doppler interrogation and. It enhances posteriorly enhances and is thick-walled.
The contralateral left ovary and the anteverted and non-gravid uterus grossly looks normal. No pelvic adenopathy. The liver surface grossly is smooth save for a target-like, tiny solitary hyperechogenic focus (segment VIII medially) that peripherally exhibitexhibits mild hypoechoic reflectivity, chanced within the right lobe segment VIII mediallyhypoechoicity.
