Diffuse circumferential enlargement of the right ovary with ana heterogeneous tumoral involvement displaying multifocal hypoechoic to anechoic cystic areas in the background of echoic solid parenchymal areas. The lesion measures up to an approximate 97 ml in volume, is avascularnot hypervascular on color Doppler interrogation and. It enhances posteriorly enhances and is thick-walled.

The contralateral left ovary and the anteverted and non-gravid uterus grossly looks normal. No pelvic adenopathy. The liver surface grossly is smooth save for a target-like, tiny solitary hyperechogenic focus (segment VIII medially) that peripherally exhibitexhibits mild hypoechoic reflectivity, chanced within the right lobe segment VIII mediallyhypoechoicity.
