There is a well-defined left ovarian cyst measuring 4.5 x 4.2 x 4.0 cm, with high signal on T1 and with the shading sign on T2. There is peripheral enhancement following IV contrast.
Numerous small ovarian follicles.
Normal appearance of the uterus.
