These findings suggest bone island of the humeral head. AlthoughtAlthough if the patient has cancer history, the differentiate condition is osteoblastic metastasis.

No pathology of the lung is seen. Incidental finding: an oval sclerotic focifocus in the left humeral head, parallels the long axis of the bone, defined border, no peritostealperiosteal reaction. Old fracture of the left 3rd rib.
