Intraventricular meningioma

Intraventricular meningiomas represent 1% of meningiomas commonly located in atrium of lateral ventricle followed by 3rd ventricle. Arises from infolding of meningeal tissue during formation of choroid plexus.
They are the most common trigonal intraventricular mass in adulthood.
