Updates to Study Attributes
There is evidence of sclerosis and flattening of the lunate. Fragmentation of the lunate is seen with bony fragmentation. Osteonecrosis is highly suggestive of the Lunate suggesting Keinbocklunate avascular necrosis, known as Kienböck disease. This was long-standing in this case.
