Non-contrast CT scan of lower thoracic vertebrae reveals a collapse in the T12 vertebra, along with a vacuum cleft that suggests late-onset osteonecrosis.
Case Discussion
The patient was treated with brace and pain killers. The symptoms improved after 4 months of follow up.
